Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will perform routine maintenance duties throughout property during the In Season and Off Season at Amalie Arena.  Primary duties will include, but not limited to, basic equipment and/or facility repairs, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Changes light bulbs

Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods

Maintains tools and equipment in working order; keeps maintenance room in neat condition

Performs other duties as assigned

Non-essential Functions:

Assists with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed

Education & Experience:

Minimum of one year previous experience in general maintenance/repair for commercial facility required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Forklift certified preferred

Must have general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades

Ability to read instructions and follow simple diagrams

Ability to perform tasks independently after being given specific instructions

Ability to adhere to the company’s Blue Ribbon Service Standards

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools

Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Visual acuity sufficient for reading and performing repairs

Environmental Working Conditions:

Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions

Position Summary:

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous cash handling and point of sales experience preferred
• Customer service aptitude and a desire to work with the public
• Attention to detail, ability to follow job procedures and supervisors' instructions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport boxes and materials up to 50 lbs.

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Sets up tables for function in accordance with banquet event order (BEO)
• Accurately transports food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Performs necessary tasks to service guests including: taking and filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing of dirty dishes
• Notifies guests of food and beverage preparation techniques

• Properly measures and assembles ingredients required for preparing the standard recipes Cuts and/or portions meat, fish and poultry.

POSITION SUMMARY
Maintains the dish room and dishwashing machine, and washes and properly stores all dishes, in accordance with the Company’s applicable standards and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Washes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware and kitchen items, using dishwashers or by hand.
Places clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
Cleans work area including equipment, floors, walls and cooking area.
Ensures that all levels for sanitizer on dish machine and pot sinks are at specific requirement for health standards.
Keeps all kitchen wares storage areas clean and orderly.
Removes trash from dishroom and transports to dumpster. Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans
Performs other duties as assigned

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Stocks supplies such as food, dishes, and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
Assists with accepting delivery items and storage of such items.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
Assists in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking or serving as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Action Station Food Servers are responsible for a variety of duties including:  replenishing food stations with pre-made dishes (for example, our Tapas Station), working the carving stations, manning an active cooking station (preparing ravioli or tacos to order for guests), greeting and providing excellent customer services to guests.  This is a non-tipped position @ $12/hr.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Participates in set-up of action station, arranges inventory, notifies Supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages
• Greets guests approaching station
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines according to Company standards and specifications
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhering to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Records all waste.
• Acquaints guest with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Rotates to other stations when necessary.
• Reports to work scheduled events on a timely basis.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Completes daily point-of-sale reports as requested by management
• Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures; performs inventory counts as requested

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists management with the daily cash procedures and operations
• Assists in the ordering of bar product, rentals for events, and other products needed for the operation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in Food & Beverage or related field, preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment, required
• One year supervisory experience in restaurant or service environment preferred
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
• Previous experience using computerized POS system required; previous experience with Micros POS preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s Blue Ribbon Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Knowledgeable in the operation of a high volume sit-down restaurant with high service standards.

Position Summary:

Job Summary:

The Concession Stand Manager must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Product quality, portion control, food waste and sanitation are areas that the Concession Stand Manager must be aware of and implement while operating and supervising the concession stands and the concession attendants. The Concession Stand Manager is responsible for product inventory, paperwork, and stand employees’ production. This person will ensure that the greatest customer service is being offered by all employees during the event. The Concession Stand Manager will count product in the beginning and at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies in the inventory control.


The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled and some non-event days per business need.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for keeping accurate inventory for all product before and after each event.
• Responsible for maintaining quality and production standards on all menu items. Food must be fresh and of high quality when served to the guests.
• Responsible for keeping the highest level of customer service from his/her self and all employees that he/she is supervising.
• Ensures that all work areas and equipment are clean, food products are properly stored, utensils are clean and put away and floor is swept and mopped at end of shift. The Concession Stand Manger must be checked out before ending the shift by the Floor Level Leader to ensure the concession stand meets cleanliness standards.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Concessions Crew Member   – Responsible for following supervisor assignments for opening procedures, food preparation, event operation, and closing procedures. Keep work area clean and sufficiently stocked.  Prepare food and beverage items for guest’s order using proper preparation procedures, menu costing standards, and sanitation guidelines.  Prior experience is helpful, but not required.  Position requires open availability for all events. 

Concessions Cashier - Follow supervisor assignments for opening procedures, food preparation, event operation, and closing procedures. Initiate sales, sell up to larger items and sizes, and add on to sales. Record all sales transactions through the POS units.  Inform guest of amount owed; count back correct change and end transactions in a positive way.  Ensure compliance with all alcohol policies. Make cash drops as directed. Report any POS entry errors to the Supervisor.  Prior cash handling experience is preferred.  Position requires open availability for all events. 

Concessions Cook – Prepare items in the stand using a grill or fryer.  Responsible for ensuring the timely and professional operation of the food preparation areas.  Ensure food is cooked thoroughly and items are prepared according to menu.  Follow food safety standards. Position requires open availability for all events.

The Opportunity

Under the direction of the supervisor, prepares and serves hot and/or cold food items, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Essential Functions

  • Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations
  • Properly measures and portions all food items. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
  • Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner
  • Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
  • Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items
  • Packages all products to proper specifications
  • Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines
  • Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations
  • Sets up and operates kitchen equipment
  • Uses waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet
  • Performs other duties assigned

Education & Experience

  • High school education is desired; participation/enrollment in culinary program a plus
  • Minimum of 6 months- 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred

The Opportunity

The associate in this position works in a cross-trained capacity as both a suite runner and a suite attendant. This is the entry position for any candidate wishing to become a suite attendant. Any interested candidate should consider the job description for both the suite runner and the suite attendant.

Essential Functions

  • Supports a hospitable environment by greeting guests throughout the stadium
  • Distributes hot boxes and speed racks to/from the kitchen and pantry
  • Distributes food/beverage and other service products from the pantry or kitchen to luxury suites
  • Provides quick and attentive follow up for any delivery errors
  • Answers the pantry phone to assist with incoming requests
  • Assists with keeping the inventory in order in the pantry
  • Completes opening and closing work as assigned
  • Assists with the breakdown of luxury suites at the end of the event
  • Reads through and understands all aspects of the account information for the given event – menu, authorizations, restrictions, delivery schedule, etc as included in the game day folder
  • Conducts inventory to ensure that all selections and supplies are on hand
  • Receives, verifies and sets up all pre-ordered food and/or beverage
  • Answers the in-suite phone to direct any questions/concerns and/or to receive follow up communication from the pantry, supervisors or other management
  • Responsible/accountable for the service of alcohol in the suite/terrace, verifying age through proper identification
  • Completes inventory, post-game report and properly breaks down the suite in accordance with departmental policies and procedures at the end of each event
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Prior food and beverage experience is preferred
  • Bartending experience preferred; some beverage mixing experience is required
  • Experience as a Suite Runner is required to apply for Suite Attendant position
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility or club/sports environment is required for Suite Attendant position

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Level Supervisor or Concessions Manager, cleans food and beverage condiment carts in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards

 

Essential Functions:

·         Set up condiment stations prior to doors opening

·         Follows proper sanitation guidelines before, during, and after event

·         Cleans condiment stations throughout game

·         Re-stocks condiment stations throughout game

·         Performs clean-up duties of the condiment stations at the end of the event to maintain the quality appearance of the work area

·         Performs other duties as assigned

The Vending Cashier position is a seasonal, game day position and the scheduled will directly reflect Packers home games.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Cash Room Supervisor, performs cashier procedures in the vending commissary for the vendors, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, applicable Operational Standards and audit procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Issues tickets to vendors and collect payments
• Verifies vendor payments
• Prepares daily deposits to bank, according to bank's instructions.
• Ensures that sufficient change fund is on hand
• Performs audits of cash
• Maintains accurate and secure cash handling procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• May run or assist with register reports in point-of-sale system

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience required; banking experience preferred

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities

Stand Attendant – Responsible for accurately ringing food orders. Understanding of proper cash handling procedures required. Previous retail cashier experience preferred. Responsible for the operation of the concession stand including providing exceptional service and product to guests. Ideal candidate will have previous food service experience and strong customer service skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending, stretching, and reading and normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs.

Stand Attendants must have at least one year cashiering experience.

·         Conduct meetings/pre-shifts to update staff on daily goals and objectives.

·         Conduct continual and consistent service training for all staff.

·         Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

·         Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.

·         Maintain cost as it pertains to labor and operating supplies while working within budgeted guidelines.

·         Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis.

·         Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

·         The ideal candidate will be working towards a culinary degree or have graduated from a certified apprenticeship program with a minimum of 1-3 years management experience in high end restaurants, the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.

·         Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.

·         Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.

·         Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

·         Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.

·         Must be able to work in a team environment

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

·         High level of attention to detail and organization
