Delaware North Sportservice is the official food, beverage and retail partner of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium. Sportservice has been responsible for the stadium’s concessions, suites and retail since 2010. Focusing on the fan experience and delivering exceptional hospitality has been a priority to reflect the team’s ownership. Sportservice listens to the fans and introduces new trends into the stadium making sure Bank of America Stadium is a premier destination for Carolina residents and visitors.

The Opportunity

The associate in this position will provide support to the Human Resources Department by training and engaging all seasonal associates and volunteers to comply with the Company’s customer service program.

Essential Functions:

  • Effectively conduct re-hire and new hire customer service training to all associates.
  • Effectively conduct customer service training as needed for volunteers.
  • Ensure associates and volunteers are following proper customer service training.
  • Energize and reward associates and volunteers for exhibiting excellent customer service.
  • Ensure associates and volunteers feel valued.
  • Recognize associates for continuous years of service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service or employee relations experience required.
  • Prior training experience required.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.

This is a part time seasonal position. The associate must work all events on the Bank of America Stadium events calendar, which includes all Carolina Panthers home games, soccer matches, college games and any other events that may arise.

Game Day HR Representative - Green Bay Sportservice (Green Bay, WI)

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field has an exciting opportunity for entry level HR candidates or individuals that are looking to gain HR experience!

As the food and beverage partner of Lambeau Field, Delaware North employs all the associates in the stadium that work in food and beverage operations.  On a game day, it is the responsibility of the HR team to help associates and non profit group members get checked in to the building, answer questions, and assist them to their assigned locations.  Once the game has started, audits are completed for compliance in a few different areas.

We are currently looking to add some Game Day members to our staff to assist with these processes.

Qualified individuals need to be able to communicate confidently and have significant experience in a customer service role.
