POSITION SUMMARY
Sells beer and/or other alcohol products to guests throughout venue, in accordance with Company’s alcohol service policies, GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Circulates among guests within assigned section; calls out and sells alcohol and alcohol-related products, while adhering to alcohol service regulations.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Hands or passes items sold to guests, receives payment, and makes required change.
• Checks out items to replenish stock, turns in money for sales.
• Must be flexible so as to work a variety of hours depending on the event
• Must be well groomed, pleasant, and friendly
• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire length of shift
• Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways
• Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product, for entire length of shift
• Must be able to lift, stand, kneel, and stretch for long periods of time


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Must possess high level of self confidence, with ability to aggressively sell assigned items
• Must possess a cooperative work attitude
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
• Must be 21 years of age to sell beer

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Previous bartending or vending experience preferred
 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training
• Must possess high level of self confidence, with ability to aggressively sell assigned items
• Must possess a cooperative work attitude

• Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequent walking throughout venue for entire length of shift
• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire length of shift

• Ability to stand for entire length of shift
• Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product, for entire length of shift

 ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Stadium/arena environment- may be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season

This newly-created position will be responsible for all the purchasing, receiving, database management and BEO coordination of the culinary department. Other supervisory duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include: 

- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a supervisor or chef-manager in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Experience must include expediting for large scale events, training and development of staff, and working independently for small, high-end events.

- Strong administrative support skills and high degree of competency with Excel, Outlook and Word. 

- Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 lbs and stand/walk/climb stairs for the majority of a 10-12 hour shift.

- Culinary degree or equivelent highly preferred.

- Current WA State Food Handler's and ServeSafe certification, or the ability to obtain such before first day of work.

- Proven track record of effectively supervising culinary employees or varying level. Union house experience required.

- High degree of organization, a positive and service-focused attitude.

POSITION SUMMARY
Operates washing machines to clean uniforms and other company articles and assists workers in issuance and return of uniform items, according to applicable company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Washes, dries and folds all linen/uniforms
• Sorts all linen/ uniforms properly according to type and soil
• Process stained uniform according to established procedures
• Presses and folds all uniform neatly and according to company guidelines
• Stocks linen/ uniforms for distribution
• Prepares and bags uniforms according to the list and NPO group
• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of laundry room at all times
• Operates Iron/ Steamer
• Reports all damages, hazards or defective equipment to supervisor
• Responsible for documenting uniform items that are checked in and out
• Assist with game day or event day uniform needs
• Organized and accurate with documentation
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Limited to no experience required; previous professional laundry or housekeeping experience a plus.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Good communication skills – ability to understand and follow direction
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting and using hands for entire length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push a 100 pound cart

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Moderate to high noise level due to proximity to commercial laundry machines

Non Profit Organizations - Fundraising Opportunity! - CenturyLink Field - Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders FC (Seattle, WA)

The contracting out of our concession stands to non-profit groups for fundraising purposes is a community service that benefits both the non-profit organization and Delaware North Sportservice. Delaware North Sportservice is one of the largest providers of quality food and beverages to professional sporting teams. We employ and provide fundraising opportunities to thousands of people and organizations nationwide.

Our fundraising program is a great way for highly motivated non-profit groups such as yours to raise funds while providing quality service to the fans at CenturyLink Field. Non profit groups have used this opportunity as a way to raise the much needed funds for equipment, supplies and activities. Our Concession Stand fundraising programs build teamwork and character amongst your volunteers.

The group must supply the required number of adults to run their assigned concession stand properly. All fundraisers who work in the stands must be 18 and older for the purpose of selling alcohol. These fundraisers must understand that they will be required to work hard and present a positive image befitting a representative of Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC Delaware North Sportservice. All volunteers must wear the Sportservice uniform and attend all orientation and training classes required so they are each able to positively represent yoru organization and provide the expected level of service to the fans.

In return for your group's work and effort, Sportservice will donate a commission based on gross sales, minus applicable sales tax and any shortage that may occur.  Commission percentages vary by commitment level.
