**This position will be filled in anticipation of the 2015 Seattle Seahawks season, with our first home pre-season game scheduled for August 14, 2015. Candidates selected for hire must complete new hire orientation, as scheduled, prior to August 7, 2015, and will be required to work all stadium events upon completion of orientation.**
 

Our Alcohol Compliance Team (ACT) Members are responsible for staying on the service floor during stadium and event center events, working in partnership with alcohol service staff as they ensure policy adherence and proper alcohol service at all stands, bars and other assigned locations.

- Previous experience in a compliance or monitor role highly preferred.
- Military, police, security or similar a plus!
- Must have or be able to obtain a MAST 12 before your first day of work.
- Ideal candidates maintain an assertive, authoritative presence with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be able to work all Sounders FC and Seahawks home games. Additional hours may be available based on event schedules.

The basic duties of this important role include monitoring alcohol service and providing support to servers in an assigned section of the stadium or event center; assisting in guest alcohol service questions and concerns; and providing general feedback on alcohol service compliance to the supervisor on duty.
 

This role is perfect for a calm, friendly and compliance-oriented individual with a successful track record of working well in groups, teams and independently, as specific shifts and assigned areas may change based on business need. Please note, this is a position requiring the ability to both monitor compliance as well as work well and as a partner and support for bartenders and other alcohol service staff.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Audit team is responsible for balancing stadium stand books following games and events, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, applicable Operational Standards and audit procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ensuring that all financial postings are accurate and ready to be processed Verifies cashier deposits
• Maintains financial and physical inventory accountability of concessions sales
• Oversees nightly posting of all concessions stand sheets
• Organizes and coordinates all completed forms
• Ensures all locations are accounted for and correct before the start of the next day’s event
• Assists in ensuring stand packets are ready for the following days event
• Assists in calculating commission payments to Non-Profit Groups and Third Party Vendors
• Inform operations supervisor teams if inventory counts do not balance in timely fashion to allow for recounts of stands
• Ensure all stand packet paperwork are filled out completely at the end of event with all appropriate signatures


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Works well in team and unsupervised environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school graduate or GED required
• Previous experience in a banking or stadium/arena audit room highly preferred

• Must be able to concisely communicate objectives and expectations
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Under the general direction of the Cash Room Supervisor, collects from, verifies and prepares banks for associates, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, applicable Operational Standards and audit procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Issues banks to cashiers
  • Verifies cashier deposits
  • Prepares daily deposits to bank, according to bank's instructions.
  • Ensures that sufficient change fund is on hand

POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees operation of assigned concessions outlets, supervises concessions associates and non-profit volunteers (if applicable), in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including scheduling, training, counseling and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of stand attendants, stand leaders, and assists with stand personnel performance.
• Trains new and existing associates, under the direction of management
• Handles disciplinary matters and ensures quality employee performance
• Inspects all stands and portables in the assigned area.
• Enforces and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures all stands, portable carts and surrounding areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
• Cashes out associates following cash handling procedures; investigates “over and shorts” with stand leaders and volunteer groups.
• Verifies all paperwork is complete and turned in at conclusion of shift/event
• Ensures all workstations, storerooms, bar, host stand, decks and dining areas remain clean, sanitized, safe and sufficiently stocked.
• Request supplies and inventory for each stand from the warehouse
• Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned.


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists concession associates in serving guests as business levels demand
• Assists management in performing inventory counts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred.
• Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards

Our Concession Stand Attendants are responsible for varied degrees of cash handling, food service/handling, stand/portable and condiment area cleanliness, and for a high level of guest service. 

Primary Functions:
• Greets guests approaching stand
• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Records all waste.
• Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
• Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Cashier duties (if applicable)
• Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
• Collects the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
• Ensures positive work flow in stands
• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

Essential Functions and Requirements:

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Concessions Manager and Level Supervisors, oversees operation of assigned concessions stand(s) and supervises stand personnel, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand attendants; assigns duties within the stand; enforces company policies and procedures
• Observes, evaluates and documents job performances of cashiers and stand attendants.
• Ensures quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed on stand sheet.
• Ensures a quality appearance of the concession stand at all times; ensures that all work stations and the back of stands and storerooms remain clean.
• Maintains level of inventory for stand throughout shift; orders replacement stock as necessary.
• Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures; prepares stand sheets, balances inventory to cash, and closes out point-of-sale system with appropriate reports.
• Picks up operating bank and enforces company cash handling procedures
• Investigates discrepancies in monies and inventories with supervisors.
• Analyzes and resolves all guest and associate problems with the assistance of Level Supervisors
• Reports all needed stand repairs to the Level Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Performs duties of Stand Attendant as needed
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• WA Food Handlers Card
• Class 12 Mast Permit
• Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
• Previous experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.

Our Concession Stand Runners are responsible for supporting cashiers and leads in operation of the assigned work location(s). Duties may include cleaning and organizing stand and condiment cart areas, assisting with inventory counts, checking on food orders and filling orders for cashiers/leads as needed. May serve pre-poured beer as needed, but may not handle cash or directly pull from a beer tap. 

Must be 18+ with a current MAST 13 and WA State Food Handler's permit no later than the first event shift. This position is perfect for a friendly hard worker builiding their work experience in customer service or food service. Successful Runners will be automatically promoted to Cashier on their 21st birthday, assuming completion of a MAST 12 license. 

Essential Functions:

·         Greets guests approaching stand in the absence of Stand Lead or Attendant

·         Prepares and, in partnership with Stand Attendant, serves food and non-alcoholic beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines

·         Records all waste.

·         Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques

·         Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages

·         Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

Non-essential Functions:

·         Serves pre-poured beer in accordance with unit and company alcohol service policy.

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of six (6) months experience in customer service, food service, or related.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating the Sportservice Staff & Volunteer check-in tables.
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all newly hired Sportservice employees reporting for their first shift.
- Escorting staff to their assigned work locations, as assigned.
- Completing rounds to ensure service and uniform standards are meeting requirement throughout the event.    - Working with the GuestPath Coordinator to execute required service checks and recognition activities.
- Other duties and office work during the event, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements include:
- Schedule availability to work all full stadium events, including but not limited to Sounders FC and Seahawks home games.
- Minimum of 2 years in a front-facing guest service role. Human resources experience is not required, but is helpful.
- Proven track record of handling confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional and appropriate manner.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm and positive during periods of high-stress and when faced with an upset customer/guest. Must be highly detail-orientated, have a strong command of the English language (additional languages a plus!), and be a strong multi-tasker with great communication skills.
- Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time for the majority of a shift, up to 12 hours, and in varied weather conditions. Our events begin in early March, occur at least twice per month, and last thorugh December or January.

• Rolls and shapes dough, using rolling pin and cuts dough in uniform portions with knife,
divider, cookie cutter.
• Mixes and cooks pie fillings, and pours fillings into shells and tops
• Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
• Places items in oven
• Cuts, peels and prepares fruits
• Implements and enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and
maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Other related duties and responsibilities as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school education is desired; participation/enrollment in culinary program a plus

 Primary Functions:
• Retrieves from storage areas all items necessary for preparation.
• Prepares specific food items and stations; sets up for anticipated business.
• Prepares food products according to Company standards and specifications

• Maintains kitchen with minimal spillage and breakage.
• Labels, dates and wraps food product, adhering to ServSafe procedures

Essential Functions:

  • Vending Room provides support to our Beer Vendors
  • Checks out items to replenish stock, turns in money for sales
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
  • Properly document discrepancies and accounting shortages and reports to manager or supervisor
  • Accuracy in transaction with Vendors exchanging product for load slip
  • Must be flexible so as to work a variety of hours depending on the event
  • Must be well groomed, pleasant, and friendly
  • Must be able to lift, stand, kneel, and stretch for long periods of time
  • Prepares standards sheets to completion
  • Picks up Operating bank and enforces cash handling procedures

 Education & Experience:

  • High School education is desired

The Warehouse Porter is responsible for stocking, organizing, and delivering product as assigned. Porters may also be assigned to work beer keg rooms and/or respond to inventory or keg issues during games and events. Must be available to work all home Sounders FC and Seahawks games, and additional non-gameday shifts during the week or weekends, as business need dictates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Reports for scheduled work, is at main commissary on a timely basis and is in complete uniform with clothing and personal appearance neat and clean
• Follows Guest Path® policies and procedures
•Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities
• Delivers appropriate stock to all concession stands, portables and commissaries
• Learns correct containers and food products used in portables and stands
• Properly cleans commissaries, concession stands and portables as assigned
• Reports all needed stand repairs to the Supplies and Services Manager
• Shows flexibility in rotating to other stands as assigned
• Sets a good example in cooperation, patience and effort.... is a Team Player!
 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs other duties as assigned
 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


• Prior warehouse / stock experience
• High school graduate
• Knowledge of tow motors, power / pallet jacks and Cushman carts

• Able to work 7 or more hours in a fast paced environment.
