Our Alcohol Compliance Team (ACT) Members are responsible for staying on the service floor during stadium and event center events, working in partnership with alcohol service staff as they ensure policy adherence and proper alcohol service at all stands, bars and other assigned locations.

- Previous experience in a compliance or monitor role highly preferred.
- Military, police, security or similar a plus!
- Must have or be able to obtain a MAST 12 before your first day of work.
- Ideal candidates maintain an assertive, authoritative presence with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be able to work all Sounders FC and Seahawks home games. Additional hours may be available based on event schedules.

The basic duties of this important role include monitoring alcohol service and providing support to servers in an assigned section of the stadium or event center; assisting in guest alcohol service questions and concerns; and providing general feedback on alcohol service compliance to the supervisor on duty.
 

This role is perfect for a calm, friendly and compliance-oriented individual with a successful track record of working well in groups, teams and independently, as specific shifts and assigned areas may change based on business need. Please note, this is a position requiring the ability to both monitor compliance as well as work well and as a partner and support for bartenders and other alcohol service staff.

POSITION SUMMARY
Sells beer and/or other alcohol products to guests throughout venue, in accordance with Company’s alcohol service policies, GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Circulates among guests within assigned section; calls out and sells alcohol and alcohol-related products, while adhering to alcohol service regulations.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Hands or passes items sold to guests, receives payment, and makes required change.
• Checks out items to replenish stock, turns in money for sales.
• Must be flexible so as to work a variety of hours depending on the event
• Must be well groomed, pleasant, and friendly
• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire length of shift
• Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways
• Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product, for entire length of shift

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Previous bartending or vending experience preferred

Under the general direction of the Cash Room Supervisor, collects from, verifies and prepares banks for associates, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, applicable Operational Standards and audit procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Issues banks to cashiers
  • Verifies cashier deposits
  • Prepares daily deposits to bank, according to bank's instructions.
  • Ensures that sufficient change fund is on hand
  • Performs audits of cashier banks
  • Maintains accurate and secure cash handling procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year cash handling experience required; banking experience preferred
  • High school graduate or GED required

Our Concessions Supervisors are responsible for ensuring assigned stands, portables or other concessions areas are clean, stocked, and in working order priot to event day. On event day, the supervisor oversees staff and service at all assigned locations. Supervisors may also be involved in inventory counts, cash handling, training, and other tasks as assigned.

This is a part time position, working an average of 16-24 hours per week in-season. Schedule is flexible and varied, however all home Seahawks and Sounders FC events are required shifts.

For consideration, applicants must have a minimum of six (6) months experience in a supervisory role, overseeing food service and hourly workers. Stadium/arena concessions experience a plus. A proven track record of working well under pressure, effective and professional communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Primary Functions:
• Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of stand attendants, stand leaders, and assists with stand personnel performance.
• Trains new and existing associates, under the direction of management
• Handles disciplinary matters and ensures quality employee performance
• Inspects all stands and portables in the assigned area.
• Enforces and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures all stands, portable carts and surrounding areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
• Cashes out associates following cash handling procedures; investigates “over and shorts” with stand leaders and volunteer groups.
• Verifies all paperwork is complete and turned in at conclusion of shift/event
• Ensures all workstations, storerooms, bar, host stand, decks and dining areas remain clean, sanitized, safe and sufficiently stocked.
• Request supplies and inventory for each stand from the warehouse
• Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned area

This newly-created position will supervise pizza operations for Seattle Sportservice. In partnership with the pastry chef, this position will schedule pizza bakers and makers, oversee event day pizza cooking, transport, and service, and manage daily pizza-related operations. Minimum requirements include: 

- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a supervisor or lead cook in a high-volume pizza kitchen or full service bakery required. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a stadium or arena culinary operation required. Additional stadium experience may substitute for pizza kitchen experience based on complexity of stadium operation.

- Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/climb stairs for the majority of a 10-12 hour shift.

- Culinary degree or equivelent highly preferred.

- Current WA State Food Handler's and ServeSafe certification, or the ability to obtain such before first day of work.

- Proven track record of effectively supervising culinary employees or varying level. Union house experience required.

- High degree of organization, a positive and service-focused attitude.

We're hiring for team members to join our busy HR team on game and event days, covering our worker check-in tables, helping with staff placement, enforcing uniform and conduct standards, and assisting with on-the-spot recognition and rewards! Shifts will include all Sounders FC and Seahawks home games. Additional shifts on an as-needed basis for other events.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating the Sportservice Staff & Volunteer check-in tables.
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all newly hired Sportservice employees reporting for their first shift.
- Escorting staff to their assigned work locations, as assigned.
- Completing rounds to ensure service and uniform standards are meeting requirement throughout the event.    - Working with the GuestPath Coordinator to execute required service checks and recognition activities.
- Other duties and office work during the event, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements include:
- Schedule availability to work all full stadium events, including but not limited to Sounders FC and Seahawks home games.
- Minimum of 2 years in a front-facing guest service role. Human resources experience is not required, but is helpful.
- Proven track record of handling confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional and appropriate manner.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm and positive during periods of high-stress and when faced with an upset customer/guest. Must be highly detail-orientated, have a strong command of the English language (additional languages a plus!), and be a strong multi-tasker with great communication skills.
- Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time for the majority of a shift, up to 12 hours, and in varied weather conditions. Our events begin in early March, occur at least twice per month, and last thorugh December or January.

Primary Functions:
• Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations.
• Properly measures and portions all food items. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.

• Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.

• Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.

Essential Functions and  Requirements:
• High school education is desired; participation/enrollment in culinary program a plus
• Minimum of 6 months- 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house food service position preferred

• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.

Seattle Sportservice at CenturyLink Field is creating a new offering, slated to begin in late summer 2015. In-Seat Service will provide an enhance our guest experience by offering a premium in-seat delivery option for select food and beverage items. We are currently searching for the right fit for the supervisor of this new operational component, a self-starter with a unique combination of related supervisory or management experience, a proven track record of outstanding employee relations skills, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be a part of the successful creation, launch and maintenance of In-Seat Service.

**Please note: This position is approved for a full time, average 30-hour work week through December 2015, at which time the position may be reduced to part-time hours based on anticipated business levels**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Protects the assets and interest of Seattle Sportservice, it’s clients and partners
• Continually promotes a favorable image of Seattle Sportservice, it’s clients and partners
• Supervises and coordinates activities of In Seat associates on a per shift basis, including scheduling, training, counseling and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Continually coaches, mentors and develops associates while ensuring performance standards, guest satisfaction and revenue goals are achieved
• Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of In-Seat associates
• Responds to guest comments in a constructive manner while seeking opportunities to build guest loyalty
• Inspects all the assigned area and ensures all kitchen and staging areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
• Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
• Cashes out associates following cash handling procedures; investigates “over and shorts”.
• Estimates, requests, and inspects supplies and inventory.
• Ensures accuracy of all deliveries
• Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures
• Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned by Seattle Sportservice leadership team

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assist associates in serving guests as business levels demand
• Assists management in performing inventory counts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required; previous experience as a stand manager/lead or concessions-related supervisor preferred.
• Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a food or service environment required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues.

Position Summary

Our Vending Room provides goods and support to our beer vendors during games and events. These duties and responsibilities need to be performed in accordance with the GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Vending Room provides support to our Beer Vendors
  • Checks out items to replenish stock, turns in money for sales
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
  • Properly document discrepancies and accounting shortages and reports to manager or supervisor
  • Accuracy in transaction with Vendors exchanging product for load slip
  • Must be flexible so as to work a variety of hours depending on the event

  • Picks up Operating bank and enforces cash handling procedures

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Reports for scheduled work, is at main commissary on a timely basis and is in complete uniform with clothing and personal appearance neat and clean
• Follows Guest Path® policies and procedures

• Delivers appropriate stock to all concession stands, portables and commissaries
• Learns correct containers and food products used in portables and stands
