Our Alcohol Compliance Team (ACT) Members are responsible for staying on the service floor during stadium and event center events, working in partnership with alcohol service staff as they ensure policy adherence and proper alcohol service at all stands, bars and other assigned locations.

- Previous experience in a compliance or monitor role highly preferred.
- Military, police, security or similar a plus!
- Must have or be able to obtain a MAST 12 before your first day of work.
- Ideal candidates maintain an assertive, authoritative presence with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be able to work all Sounders FC and Seahawks home games. Additional hours may be available based on event schedules.

The basic duties of this important role include monitoring alcohol service and providing support to servers in an assigned section of the stadium or event center; assisting in guest alcohol service questions and concerns; and providing general feedback on alcohol service compliance to the supervisor on duty.
 

This role is perfect for a calm, friendly and compliance-oriented individual with a successful track record of working well in groups, teams and independently, as specific shifts and assigned areas may change based on business need. Please note, this is a position requiring the ability to both monitor compliance as well as work well and as a partner and support for bartenders and other alcohol service staff.

The All-Inclusive Server works all home MLS events and may be scheduled for other events based on job duties required. This role is responsible for running food to keep the buffet fresh, greeting, directing, and generally ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests to Verizon Lounge, and ensuring all items are set-up and broken down properly and timely.

Primary Functions:
•Responsible for set-up and break down for events
• Greets guests at table and supplies guests with menus if necessary
• Communicates daily specials,

POSITION SUMMARY
Sells beer and/or other alcohol products to guests throughout venue, in accordance with Company’s alcohol service policies, GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Catering Lead is responsible for acting as Lead Server for assigned events, as coordinated and directed by the supervisor or manager of the event. Previous expereince as a catering server in a luxury hotel/resort or stadium of similar size and service level required.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures a pleasant and enjoyable guest/client expereince at assigned event.
  • Ensures quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of food and beverage orders
  • Verifies proper set-up, service, and cleaning of assigned area throughout shift/event
  • Visits with guests to ensure satisfaction; promptly communicates any opportunities to management
  • Analyzes and resolves all problems with employees, guests, client and the operation, with the assistance of management.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures
  • Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
  • Verifies all paperwork is complete and turned in at conclusion of shift/event
  • Ensures all workstations, storerooms, bar, host stand, decks and dinning areas remain clean, sanitized, safe and sufficiently stocked.
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the event space; follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations
  • Completes daily point-of-sale reports as requested by management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in a luxury hotel or resort, or stadium of similar size and service level, in a front-of-house catering position is required
  • One year supervisory or Lead experience in similar environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
  • Possess basic knowledge of catering and bar operations and standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and to prepare written reports
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.  
  • Highly motivated, ability to take initiative.
  • Team-oriented; ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions. 
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
  • Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 lbs.
  • Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders, respond to guest/client inquires and prepare bills.

 Environmental Working Conditions:

  • Majority of time spent alternating between indoor, climate-controlled environment and temperature fluctuations of outdoor event space, warehouse and kitchen.

Our Concession Stand Attendants are responsible for varied degrees of cash handling, food service/handling, stand/portable and condiment area cleanliness, and for a high level of guest service. This position will fill both the "Cashier" and "Runner" roles within a concession stand or portable, as assigned.

Primary Functions:
• Greets guests approaching stand
• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Records all waste.
• Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
• Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.

This newly-created position will supervise pizza operations for Seattle Sportservice. In partnership with the pastry chef, this position will schedule pizza bakers and makers, oversee event day pizza cooking, transport, and service, and manage daily pizza-related operations. Other supervisory duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include: 

- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a supervisor or lead cook in a high-volume pizza kitchen or full service bakery required.

- Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/climb stairs for the majority of a 10-12 hour shift.

- Culinary degree or equivelent highly preferred.

- Current WA State Food Handler's and ServeSafe certification, or the ability to obtain such before first day of work.

- Proven track record of effectively supervising culinary employees. Union house experience a plus.

- High degree of organization, a positive and service-focused attitude, and stadium food and beverage experience preferred.

Under general supervision of the department manager/chef, the Utility Worker (Dishwasher) will be responsible for proper cleaning and storage of china, glass and silver, and for cleaning kitchen and dining areas, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards. This position may also support Employee Dining operations as assigned.

Essential Functions:

·         Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas

·         Wipes down tables, chairs, booths, and trays

·         Empties trash and cleans garbage pails

·         Brings garbage to dumpster

·         Breaks down boxes and brings to compactor

·         Maintains ice dispenser filled at all times

·         Sweeps and mops floors

·         Stocks supplies such as food, dishes, and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.

·         Stocks, organizes dishes and glassware

·         Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.

·         Performs other duties as assigned

 Non-essential Functions:

·         Washes pots, pans, and dishes

·         Assists with accepting delivery items and storage of such items.

·         Assists in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking or serving as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • 6 Mo of exp. in commercial dishwashing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to take and follow direction
  • Reliable and independent
  • Ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs

·         Frequent standing and walking on tile surface, for entire length of shift

·         Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops and brooms

Environmental Working Conditions:

  • Kitchen environment – noise levels may be moderate to high
  • Works frequently in a hot and damp environment.
  • Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans, slipping and tripping.
  • Occasionally immerses hands in water to perform cleaning duties

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supports the Pastry Chef in preparation and execution of desserts, breads and other items
• Weigh and measure ingredients, using measuring cups and spoons.
• Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand and/or electric mixer
• Rolls and shapes dough, using rolling pin and cuts dough in uniform portions with knife,
divider, cookie cutter.
• Mixes and cooks pie fillings, and pours fillings into shells and tops
• Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
• Places items in oven
• Cuts, peels and prepares fruits
• Implements and enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and
maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Other related duties and responsibilities as required.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Completes end of day inventory and other opening/closing duties in accordance with company checklists and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school education is desired; participation/enrollment in culinary program a plus
• Pastry Certificate/ Degree or at least 1yr professional pastry experience

• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Reports for scheduled work, is at main commissary on a timely basis and is in complete uniform with clothing and personal appearance neat and clean
• Follows Guest Path® policies and procedures

• Delivers appropriate stock to all concession stands, portables and commissaries
