Our Alcohol Compliance Team (ACT) Members are responsible for staying on the service floor during stadium and event center events, working in partnership with alcohol service staff as they ensure policy adherence and proper alcohol service at all stands, bars and other assigned locations.

- Previous experience in a compliance or monitor role highly preferred.
- Military, police, security or similar a plus!
- Must have or be able to obtain a MAST 12 before your first day of work.
- Ideal candidates maintain an assertive, authoritative presence with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be able to work all Sounders FC and Seahawks home games. Additional hours may be available based on event schedules.

The basic duties of this important role include monitoring alcohol service and providing support to servers in an assigned section of the stadium or event center; assisting in guest alcohol service questions and concerns; and providing general feedback on alcohol service compliance to the supervisor on duty.
 

This role is perfect for a calm, friendly and compliance-oriented individual with a successful track record of working well in groups, teams and independently, as specific shifts and assigned areas may change based on business need. Please note, this is a position requiring the ability to both monitor compliance as well as work well and as a partner and support for bartenders and other alcohol service staff.

POSITION SUMMARY
Sells beer and/or other alcohol products to guests throughout venue, in accordance with Company’s alcohol service policies, GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Circulates among guests within assigned section; calls out and sells alcohol and alcohol-related products, while adhering to alcohol service regulations.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Hands or passes items sold to guests, receives payment, and makes required change.
• Checks out items to replenish stock, turns in money for sales.
• Must be flexible so as to work a variety of hours depending on the event

• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire length of shift
• Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways

Our Concession Stand Runners are responsible for supporting cashiers and leads in operation of the assigned work location(s). Duties may include cleaning and organizing stand and condiment cart areas, assisting with inventory counts, checking on food orders and filling orders for cashiers/leads as needed. May serve pre-poured beer as needed, but may not handle cash or directly pull from a beer tap.

Must be 18+ with a current MAST 13 and WA State Food Handler's permit no later than the first event shift. This position is perfect for a friendly hard worker builiding their work experience in customer service or food service. Successful Runners will be automatically promoted to Cashier on their 21st birthday, assuming completion of a MAST 12 license.

Essential Functions:

·         Greets guests approaching stand in the absence of Stand Lead or Attendant

·         Prepares and, in partnership with Stand Attendant, serves food and non-alcoholic beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines

·         Records all waste.

The Control Room Representative is responsible for ensuring complete and accurate communication during Control Room hours, including but not limited to radio and phone communication across all Sportservice departments. This position will be assigned to the Control Room for all home Sounders FC and Seahawks games, and additional events as needed, and will liase with building management and facilities as appropriate.

Previous supervisory or management experience in stadium or sports arena and/or a dispatch role a plus, but not required. Must have a strong command of the English language (written and verbal), and a clear speaking voice. Must be able to sit or stand in one spot for the majority of a shift, lasting from 4 hours to 12 hours, dependent on event. The ideal candidate has a customer service-oriented demeanor, and the ability to stay calm, collected and remain detail-oriented during times of high-stress and/or activitiy. Multi-tasking and strong communication skills a must.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned for pre-event, post-event or non-event days, as needed.

This is a part-time position. Due to the nature of this role, the selected applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as a criminal background and credit check.

Under general supervision of the department manager/chef, the Utility Worker (Dishwasher) will be responsible for proper cleaning and storage of china, glass and silver, and for cleaning kitchen and dining areas, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards. This position may also support Employee Dining operations as assigned.

Essential Functions:

·         Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas

·         Wipes down tables, chairs, booths, and trays

·         Empties trash and cleans garbage pails

·         Brings garbage to dumpster

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating the Sportservice Staff & Volunteer check-in tables.

- Escorting staff to their assigned work locations, as assigned.
- Completing rounds to ensure service and uniform standards are meeting requirement throughout the event.    - Working with the GuestPath Coordinator to execute required service checks and recognition activities.
- Other duties and office work during the event, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements include:
- Schedule availability to work all full stadium events, including but not limited to Sounders FC and Seahawks home games.
- Minimum of 2 years in a front-facing guest service role. Human resources experience is not required, but is helpful.
- Proven track record of handling confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional and appropriate manner.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm and positive during periods of high-stress and when faced with an upset customer/guest. Must be highly detail-orientated, have a strong command of the English language (additional languages a plus!), and be a strong multi-tasker with great communication skills.
- Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time for the majority of a shift, up to 12 hours, and in varied weather conditions. Our events begin in early March, occur at least twice per month, and last thorugh December or January.

The contracting out of our concession stands to non-profit groups for fundraising purposes is a community service that benefits both the non-profit organization and Delaware North Sportservice. Delaware North Sportservice is one of the largest providers of quality food and beverages to professional sporting teams. We employ and provide fundraising opportunities to thousands of people and organizations nationwide.

Our fundraising program is a great way for highly motivated non-profit groups such as yours to raise funds while providing quality service to the fans at CenturyLink Field. Non profit groups have used this opportunity as a way to raise the much needed funds for equipment, supplies and activities. Our Concession Stand fundraising programs build teamwork and character amongst your volunteers.

The group must supply the required number of adults to run their assigned concession stand properly. All fundraisers who work in the stands must be 18 and older for the purpose of selling alcohol. These fundraisers must understand that they will be required to work hard and present a positive image befitting a representative of Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC Delaware North Sportservice. All volunteers must wear the Sportservice uniform and attend all orientation and training classes required so they are each able to positively represent yoru organization and provide the expected level of service to the fans.

In return for your group's work and effort, Sportservice will donate a commission based on gross sales, minus applicable sales tax and any shortage that may occur.  Commission percentages vary by commitment level.

Warehouse Supervisor - Seattle Sportservice at CenturyLink Field (Seattle, WA)

Seattle Sportservice is the exclusive provider of food and beverage for CenturyLink Field, CenturyLink Field Event Center and WaMu Theater. We offer a fun, unique work environment that's perfect for dedicated hospitality and culinary professionals ready to join the team at Puget Sound's premier sporting and entertainment complex. CenturyLink Field is home to the Seattle Sounders FC and the Super Bowl XLVII Champion Seattle Seahawks, and host to concerts, trade shows, and more!

We have a rare opening for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy warehouse team, assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations, staff management, scheduling, and logistical planning. This position will require a schedule that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays, based on our event schedule. Previous supervisory experience in a like-environment is required, and a proven track record of effectively managing an hourly staff to meet operational goals is a must. Union house experience a plus! 


Essential Functions:
•Supervises commissary personnel, including assigning duties, training, coaching and counseling; reports any associate problems to manager
•Ensures proper stock of beer, soda, food and other products are in their appropriate locations
•Maintains daily awareness of product needs; determines quantities required to adequately stock commissary
•Oversees inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing outdated material, cycle counting
•Maintains safety, security and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators and work areas
•Oversees and/or sets up machines and equipment for commissary
•Oversees the proper closing of assigned area
•Enforces company policies and safety regulations
•Initiates and organizes procedures to set standards for the warehouse
•Performs other duties as assigned

Non-essential Functions:
•Assists management in ordering supplies
•Assists management in interviewing and selection of candidates for commissary positions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Ability to work cooperatively with others, and adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
•Must be dependable and a self-starter; ability to work independently
•Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach others
•Basic math skills
•Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear concise instructions
•Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to follow job procedures and manager instructions
 

Physical Requirements:
•Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 165 lbs.
•Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout facility
•Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during entire length of shift

Environmental Working Conditions:
•Warehouse environment, noise level may be moderate to high
•Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season
•Exposed to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment
