POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees operation of assigned concessions outlets, supervises concessions associates and non-profit volunteers (if applicable), in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including scheduling, training, counseling and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of stand attendants, stand leaders, and assists with stand personnel performance.
• Inspects all stands and portables in the assigned area.
• Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures all stands, portable carts and surrounding areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
• Cashes out associates following cash handling procedures; investigates “over and shorts” with stand leaders and volunteer groups.
• Estimates, requests, and inspects supplies and inventory.
• Ensures accuracy of all deliveries
• Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures
• Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Assists concession associates in serving guests as business levels demand
• Assists management in performing inventory counts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred.
• Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues.
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and to prepare written stand reports after each event.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.
• Highly motivated, ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequent walking, throughout entire facility, for entire length of shift
• Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season

POSITION SUMMARY
Maintains the dish room and dishwashing machine, and washes and properly stores all dishes, in accordance with the Company’s applicable standards and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Washes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware and kitchen items, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Places clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Cleans work area including equipment, floors, walls and cooking area.
• Ensures that all levels for sanitizer on dish machine and pot sinks are at specific requirement for health standards.
• Keeps all kitchen wares storage areas clean and orderly.
• Removes trash from dishroom and transports to dumpster. Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Stocks supplies such as food, dishes, and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.

• Assists in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking or serving as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds and place items on high and low shelves in storerooms and freezers.
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting
• Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops and brooms
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Will be in contact with chemical cleaning agents.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans, scalds and burns, slipping and tripping.
• Frequently immerses hands in water.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations.
• Properly measures and portions all food items. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
• Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner.
• Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
• Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
• Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
• Packages all products to proper specifications
• Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer.
• Enters drink orders into cash register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served and makes correct change.
• Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately
