ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises and assists in coordinating activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including enforcing work procedures and service standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Previous experience as a server or similar guest service position strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale system in service or hospitality environment preferred (MICROS experience preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names, as well as, basic wine knowledge

• Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills.

Position Summary

Under direction of supervisor, ensures effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving and attending to guests’ needs, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Sets up and checks on assigned suites prior to event, to ensure proper items are in place, in accordance with company procedures
  • Verifies and sets-up all pre-event food and/or beverage orders
  • Identifies suite host and properly introduces oneself
  • Takes and places event-day food and beverage orders
  • Set-ups and checks on event-day food and beverage orders
  • Picks up food items and serves guests
  • Replenishes food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed
  • Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event
  • Obtains signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner
  • Serves guests until the end of the event
  • Clears all items from the suite and cleans all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite
  • Re-sets and re-stocks suite for next function
  • Completes closing functions and checks out with suite supervisor
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility or club environment required; previous experience as suite runner preferred.

  • Organizational skills; detail-oriented

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of department manager, ensures effective operations of assigned luxury suites, including training and supervision of suite personnel, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Trains and supervises suite attendants and runners for assigned section(s); observes and documents job performance.
• Ensures suite attendants and food runners properly prepare suites for guests; conducts walk-through to check for any maintenance issues
• Ensures all food presentation and displays meet company standards
• Ensures food and beverage orders arrive timely
• Ensures responsible alcohol service and reports any violations.
• Maintains high standards of friendly guest service by circulating in assigned sections, greets all guests
• Answers guest questions regarding food preparation or ingredients, service or billing.
• Resolves guest complaints, with assistance of department manager
• Ensures that all work stations, pantries and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked; ensures replacement stock is ordered.
• Ensures all sanitation practices are used and Department of Health guidelines are followed; reports safety hazards and repairs items.
• Completes closing duties according to company procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Pre-event distribution of suite attendant paperwork
• Locking or unlocking of fridges/ cabinets as per directed
• Initial suite walk thru to check for any maintenance issues
• Build a rapport with your suite attendants and runners
• Assist is suite set-up. This may include getting tables, chafers, ice, etc as needed by attendants.
• Ensure all necessary items/food are in suite when requested
• Monitor delivery of cold and hot food to your suites
• By being visible in hallway, making yourself accessible to help guests
• Assisting attendants on Micros issues
• Assisting dessert cart attendants and make sure they are working in a timely manner
• Trouble shooting issues and rectifying them
• Assisting all departments located in your area, ie getting change for HomePlate Bar or Brat 64
• After event, collecting completed paperwork from suite attendant and delivering to the office
• Locking up suites for the night

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Delivers order from kitchen to guest in an efficient and timely manner
• Carries trays with food back and forth between kitchen and dining area
• Delivers proper serving utensil with the food
• Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the dining room and kitchen.

• Cleans off and wipes down work area and carts at the end of event/shift
