POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Stand Manager or Level Supervisor, serves food and beverage concessions in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Food & Beverage Service duties
• Greets guests approaching stand
• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Records all waste.
• Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
• Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Cashier duties (if applicable)
• Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
• Collects the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares food products in stand according to Company standards and specifications
• Shows flexibility by rotating to other stands when necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

The Opportunity

The Concessions Manager will be responsible for overseeing permanent stands and portable/sublet locations, as well as the vending department (500+ team members.)

Specifically:

• Supervise concession personnel; train employees in company procedures; schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing.

• Ensure concession stations are set up for each business day; direct storage, preparation and service of concession merchandise by employees.

• Prepare various sales and operational reports from information compiled daily; Analyze product usage, use information to determine products to be purchased and quantity to be ordered.

• Ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed.

We are seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of food service experience. Good working knowledge of concession procedures. Experience with inventory distribution and control. Familiar with food service equipment. Familiar with POS and Inventory systems. Strong communication, organizational skills and customer service skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions. Willing to work a flexible schedule including; nights, weekends and holidays.

Laundry Worker - Sportservice-Miller Park (Milwaukee, wi)

Position Summary

Operates washing machines to wash uniforms in accordance with applicable Company policies and procedures.

 Essential Functions:

  • Washes, dries and folds all uniforms.
  • Bags volunteer uniforms for all games.
  • Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of laundry room at all times.
  • Reports all damages, hazards or defective equipment to supervisor.
  • Logs the number of loads for washers and dryers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 Education & Experience:

  • Limited to no experience required; previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Performs routine maintenance duties throughout property including fixing/trouble shooting equipment, working on golf carts and basic equipment or facility repairs, in accordance with applicable Company policies and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of Retail Supervisor, sells retail merchandise to guests in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Greet and acknowledges guests.
• Answers guests’ questions and assists them whenever possible.
• Recommends, selects and helps locate or obtain merchandise for guests.
• Follows all register procedures and handles cash accordingly.
• Ensures that all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed.
• Routinely stocks merchandise and faces items on shelves.
• Maintains a clean and organized store or stand.
• Maintains orderly back-stock and knows where goods are to be found.
• Sets aside and notifies supervisor of defective, mis-marked, mislabeled, incorrectly priced, shopworn or damaged merchandise.
• Watches for and recognizes security risks and thefts and reports to security and management
• Performs other duties as assigned.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Understanding of reporting to client and buying trends of customers. -Knowledge of merchandising techniques. -Ability to train personnel. -Effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail. -Knowledge of RetailPro preferred -All other duties as assigned. Education: -High School required -Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably store operations.
