POSITION SUMMARY Acts as the liaison between guests and Delaware North management. Works in conjunction with Brewers Guest Relations staff. Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle or solve product or service inquiries. Works with the Brewers & Delaware North to correct of the concern/complaint.
