Responsible for effective management of warehouse and retail inventory, including management of staff and determining quantities of merchandise required to adequately stock retail locations.
Management: Oversee supervision of warehouse employees; train/instruct employees on policies, procedures, duties and activities; handle disciplinary matters. Schedule personnel; ensure adequate employee coverage
Operations: Receive merchandise, verify receiving slips and forward invoices; verify inventory; ensure correct stock has been delivered; issue merchandise to stands/stores
Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum of a high school diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE :
2-4 years experience in retail operations including experience with inventory distribution and control.
FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY :
Directly responsible for managing department and purchasing budget, also responsible for inventory and cost controls, and handling invoices.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
· Communication skills
· Knowledge of RetailPro preferred

POSITION SUMMARY: The Suite Coordinator is the primary contact person for suite owners and single game rentals for all items regarding food and beverage. Coordinates all pre-game food and beverage orders and generates suite reports. Ensures that orders are accurate for each event. Performs all clerical duties and administrative support for the unit/department, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provides prompt, professional and courteous customer service to all suiteholders and guests. • Responsible for entering and checking all suiteholder food and beverage orders (web, email, fax, etc) into Oracle Micros-based ordering system. • Primary day-to-day contact for all suiteholders at Miller Park and operates Suite Office during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00 pm). • Provides assistance to suiteholders with regard to menu planning. • Ability to build relationships with C-Level Executives. • Email order confirmations and final bills to suiteholders in a timely manner. • Prepares distribution and production paperwork for Culinary team. • Performs administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and record keeping. • Performs other duties as assigned. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assists with entering sales data and financial reports as assigned. • Assists other departments as needed during off-season, with a primary focus in the Catering department. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use and operation of standard office equipment. • Previous experience with variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. • Excellent organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Regularly required to sit in front of a computer. • Manual dexterity sufficient for cash handling and typing duties. • Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports and computer system. • Occasional bending, reaching, climbing on step stool, lifting. • Occasional lifting and carrying, up to 40 lbs. • Occasional pulling/pushing of carts. ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS: • Frequent exposure to and utilization of a computer.
