Primary Duties to include:

• Responsible for facilitating the guest service program and continuous improvement process

• Assists with all other unit training and orientations

• Maintain current guest service program and develop new approaches for training to standards, observations/validations, training to gaps, rewards and recognition ensuring the highest possible quality of internal and external guest service

• Motivate team members and managers on game days with exciting activities, games and quizzes to ensure our services standards are always in the forefront of everyone’s mind

• Responsible for all team member game day communication, newsletter and team member communication bulletin boards

• Assist the HR Manager and HR Department on the following: hiring, job fairs, HRIS data entry, filing, workers compensation, coaching, counseling and terminations; when applicable

• Ensure all associates adhere to company standards, policies and procedures

• Manage Internal Facebook and Twitter Account

• All other duties as assigned

Qualified associates must have:

• Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in Hospitality, Food and Beverage operations or Education; previous stadium/arena related experience preferred

• Excellent verbal, written, communication and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate, mandate consistency data and make decisions independently

• This is a heavy training position

• Must be able to give constructive and positive feedback

• Must be able to communicate effectively will all levels of Management

• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and proactive

• Must be able to effectively coach, train to gaps and follow-up on associate behavior/performance • Must be a creative, innovative, motivational, progressive and high energy individual

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint

• Must be knowledgeable with managing Social Media Networks

• Must be available for the majority of all games and stadium events (days, nights, weekends and holidays)

Internships 2017 season - Sportservice-Miller Park (Milwaukee, WI)

Internships available for the 2017 Season for the following areas: Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Suites, Retail, Culinary and Concessions.

POSITION SUMMARY: Works in conjunction with the assigned Department Manager during the 2017 Brewers season to oversee operation in accordance with the Company’s Universal Service Standards, applicable Food Safety and Operational Standards and the Company overall rules & policies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: •Enrollment in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management, Business, Finance/Accounting, Retail/Fashion or Sports Management Program. • Previous cash handling/cashier experience. • Previous customer service experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Excellent guest service skill. • Strong financial acumen (Accounting Intern-Able to analyze and create reports) • Strong written, communication and computer skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead. • Highly motivated, ability to take initiative. • Ability to work effectively with others. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Frequent walking throughout entire facility • Standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS: • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season.

DURATION: At least 6 months starting March or April

PAY RANGE: $10.00 Per Hour

SHIFT/HOURS REQUIRED: Must be able to work the majority of home events (INCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS)

AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 and over
