Position Summary Performs routine maintenance duties throughout property including fixing/trouble shooting equipment, working on golf carts and basic equipment or facility repairs, in accordance with applicable Company policies and procedures. Essential Functions: • Understand concessions equipment. • Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs. • Perform maintenance on refrigeration units. • Maintains tools and equipment in working order. • Perform basic golf cart maintenance. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience: • Minimum of five+ years previous experience in general maintenance/repair for commercial facility required along with previous supervisory exp. • Refrigeration knowledge required. • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred. • Valid driver’s license required. *

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Must have general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades. • Ability to read simple instructions and follow simple diagrams. • Ability to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions. • Ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards • Flexible schedule during game weeks.

Physical Requirements: • Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools. • Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. • Visual acuity sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting. Environmental Working Conditions: • Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions • Occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals. • Noise level may be moderate to high *Fulltime position 36-40 hours per week plus benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of Retail Supervisor, sells retail merchandise to guests in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Greet and acknowledges guests.
• Answers guests’ questions and assists them whenever possible.
• Recommends, selects and helps locate or obtain merchandise for guests.
• Follows all register procedures and handles cash accordingly.
• Ensures that all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed.
• Routinely stocks merchandise and faces items on shelves.
• Maintains a clean and organized store or stand.
• Maintains orderly back-stock and knows where goods are to be found.
• Sets aside and notifies supervisor of defective, mis-marked, mislabeled, incorrectly priced, shopworn or damaged merchandise.
• Watches for and recognizes security risks and thefts and reports to security and management
• Performs other duties as assigned.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Conducts inventory, as directed by supervisor/manager
• Assists with loading and unloading of merchandise.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Retail Buyer - Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park (Milwaukee, WI)

The Opportunity

Do you like to be creative  This is an opportunity The Buyer will manage merchandise planning, purchasing and inventory for retail operation at the ballpark and related operations, including building product assortment, selection, pricing and vendor management.  Will be responsible for all retail purchasing for operation, as well as:

  • Oversees the merchandising and inventory plans for all retail selling locations
  • Works with Store Operations and Warehouse Supervisor regarding proper execution of merchandise plan and vision.
  • Works with vendor base on cost negotiations, pricing strategy, review of new product and development of exclusives.
  • Analyzes vendor, product, and total category performance.
  • Keeps abreast of current retail/merchandising trends.  Creatively develop new products.  Attend trade shows as applicable. 
  • Help plan and execute Promotional Plans and Strategy.
  • Communicates to Client, Senior Management and all Retail Management Function groups on merchandise plan and its execution to sales plan.

Our Expectations:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of merchandising/retail buying in a high volume retail setting.
  • Strong negotiations skills; ability to present on behalf of the company; strong client relationship skills.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge with Retail Pro or similar retail management system preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to delegate and monitor small staff.
  • Some travel outside of annual trade shows will be involved.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Stand Manager or Level Supervisor, serves food and beverage concessions in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Food & Beverage Service duties
• Greets guests approaching stand
• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Records all waste.
• Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
• Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Cashier duties (if applicable)
• Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
• Collects the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares food products in stand according to Company standards and specifications
• Shows flexibility by rotating to other stands when necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
