POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for motivated, organized, and customer-service oriented individuals who desire to be a part of the Miller Park Sportservice team. The candidate will perform basic accounting functions as needed for the department, in accordance with Company standards and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Reconciles daily cash. • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures. • Prepares, verifies, and processes invoices. • Bills and credits accounts involved with the accounts payable system. • Prepares and mails bills or statements, and prepares lists of outstanding bills payable. • Prepares journal entries and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. • Compiles and distributes daily sales reports, under the direction of Controller. • Prepares, proofs, and types financial reports; makes routine cost distributions; posts subject accounts. • Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to accounting and bookkeeping or technical operations. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Answers telephone questions relating to guest bills and outstanding balances and processes adjustments to guest bills. • Audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assists with preparation of month-end accounts receivable statements, reports, and analysis. • May prepare daily bank deposits, under direction of supervisor. • May perform secretarial functions as needed for assigned staff member(s).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or GED required. • Working towards an associate or bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Demonstrates a positive attitude, energy, and professionalism; is trustworthy, respectful, and demonstrates sound work ethics. • Above average PC, Word processing, Excel spreadsheet, computerized accounting skills. • Strong mathematical skills, including knowledge or arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to understand and follow complex instructions and technical or legal terminology. • Strong guest service orientation; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards. • Analytical, with excellent problem solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Regularly required to sit in front of a computer. • Occasional bending, reaching, climbing on a step stool, lifting.

Alcohol Compliance Liaison - Milwaukee Sportservice at Miller Park (Milwaukee, WI)

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of management, ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building, including training and supervision of personnel, in accordance with Company’s Alcohol Policies and applicable Operational Standards.

(3-5 hour shift per game. Wage $13.00)


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises the alcohol service employees are providing
• Observes and documents any alcohol related issues
• Ensures employees are adhering to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service
• Alerts management to any violations of the alcohol policy & assists with proper disciplinary action
• Answers employee questions regarding alcohol service
• Assists employees with alcohol related issues if necessary
• Ensures all employees have signed the daily alcohol sign off form prior to beginning work
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
• Assists with alcohol cut-off

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Previous training and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a City of Milwaukee Bartenders License

Job Description: The All Inclusive Area Bartender is responsible for all opening preparations of the bar area, serving beverages to guests during operational hours and closing duties to prepare for the next game day.

Knowledge and Skills: Previous bartending experience Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Opening set up includes: • Count all inventory, stock items • Cleaning all countertops, tables, etc. • Set up cash register area for service Operation hours: • Providing exceptional service to all guests and employees • Serve beverages to guests in assigned all-inclusive area • Follow standard food operation procedures that are dictated under the Health Rules and Regulations and ServSafe Food Guidelines • Follow standard procedures that are dictated under the WI Responsible Beverage course and licensing • Informs guests of time giving a last call before the last out of the bottom of the 7th inning Closing duties include: • Count all inventory, restock items and order more as needed for the next game • Wipe down all countertops AND turn off all TV’s • Count cash drawers and verify amounts • Complete stand sheets for accounting • Other duties upon request of the Catering Manager and/or Supervisors

Position Summary

Works in conjunction with the Business Intelligence Analyst to leverage data and facilitate data-driven decisions and improve Delaware North’s operations at Miller Park. Essential Functions

? Perform tasks to maintain and enhance data integrity and structure point of sale databases in a manner conducive to sophisticated data analysis

? Generate reports, dashboards, and analyses to be utilized in daily operations

? Conduct data research and analysis to inform decisions and improve operational efficiency

? Gather data, both quantitative and qualitative, to facilitate re-occurring empirical analyses and generate ideas for future analyses

Education and Experience

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Chef, guides the culianry staff and prepares and serves hot and/or cold food items, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations.
• Properly measures and portions all food items. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
• Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner.
• Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
• Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
• Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
• Packages all products to proper specifications
• Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations.
• Sets up and operates kitchen equipment
• Uses waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet.
• Performs other duties assigned 
 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Completes end of day inventory and other opening/closing duties in accordance with company checklists and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school education is desired; participation/enrollment in culinary program a plus
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders.
• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting
• Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops and brooms

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Kitchen environment – noise levels may be moderate to high
• Works frequently in a hot and damp environment.
• In contact with sharp knives, slicers, boiling liquids, hot pans, etc.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans, scalds and burns, slipping and tripping.
• Frequently immerses hands in water.

POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees operation of assigned concessions outlets, supervises concessions associates and non-profit volunteers (if applicable), in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of stand attendants, stand leaders, and assists with stand personnel performance.
• Inspects all stands and portables in the assigned area.
• Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures all stands, portable carts and surrounding areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
• Investigates “over and shorts” with stand leaders and volunteer groups.
• Estimates, requests, and inspects supplies and inventory.
• Ensures accuracy of all deliveries
• Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists concession associates in serving guests as business levels demand

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred.
• Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Delivers food, beverage and other products throughout the facility, in an efficient and timely manner.

• Answers guests’ questions and assists them whenever possible.
• Recommends, selects and helps locate or obtain merchandise for guests.
• Follows all register procedures and handles cash accordingly.
• Ensures that all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed.
